1. The trial
Your membership starts with a 7-day trial. You pay the trial price shown at checkout ($1.95 in US dollars; euro and pound prices are shown for those currencies) and get full access straight away: your complete results, your report and the membership content.
2. Renewal
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership renews automatically at the renewal price shown at checkout ($29.95 in US dollars, 29,95 € in euros, £24.95 in pounds) every 4 weeks. The same price and interval are printed next to the pay button and in your confirmation email, and they do not change without at least 14 days notice by email.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, in two ways, and neither involves a phone call or a chat with a retention team:
- Logged in: open your membership page at selfaxes.com/app/membership and choose "Cancel membership".
- Without logging in: go to selfaxes.com/cancel, enter the email you used at checkout, and click the link we send you. The link works for 60 minutes.
4. What happens after you cancel
Nothing more is charged. You keep access to your results and report until the end of the period you already paid for (the end of the trial, or the end of the current 4-week period). We send a confirmation email with that date.
Cancelling does not delete your account or results. You can do that separately from your membership page.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry it over the following days. If it keeps failing the membership ends and access closes at the end of the period you paid for. You can restart it at any time by logging in.
